A Day in the Life:
As our Patient, Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face for patients starting their journey to a beautiful smile. You’ll guide them through treatment options, ensuring they feel comfortable and empowered.
Your days will include:
Sales and Patient Engagement: Utilizing your sales skills to convert inquiries into appointments and guiding patients through their treatment options.
Marketing Collaboration: Working with our marketing team on social media campaigns, sponsorships, dental health fairs, and community outreach to boost our practice’s visibility and patient engagement.
Patient Education:
Educating patients on their treatment plans and financial options, making them feel informed and excited about their new smiles.
Coordinating Care: Collaborating with dentists, insurance companies, and other providers to ensure seamless treatment experiences.

This Role Is for You If:
- You have a knack for connecting with people and a passion for creating 5-star patient experience.
- You’re skilled in marketing strategies and comfortable engaging with the community.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- You’re a communication wizard—whether on the phone, via email, or video chat.
- You know how to prioritize and plan like a boss!
This Role Is NOT for You If:
- Discussing money with patients makes you nervous.
- You don’t see the value in orthodontic care.
- You prefer to stay behind the scenes instead of engaging with people.
- You’re looking for just a "job" instead of an exciting career.
- You shy away from challenges instead of facing them head-on!
- Qualifications: (Preferred but not required-we will train you!)
- Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on technical, outside, or medical sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with dental or medical insurance is a plus.
