There are lots of things that combine to make a Bach Grazina Smile stand out from the crowd. Our technology, our experience, our philosophy and more – but it’s our team members who really make the difference. Every member of the Bach Grazina Team understands that our patients are unique individuals and deserve to be treated in a personal way. That’s why so many patients see us as extended family members – and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Our “front-office” staff are totally committed to making every visit a great experience. They’ve been carefully selected because they’re pre-wired to deliver top-notch customer service. No matter whether you visit our office in Riverhead or in East Hampton, we hope you’ll see what we mean.

Our clinical staff are highly trained and continue to attend continuing education events so they’ll always be experts on the latest treatments and advancements available. And, of course, they are all certified in CPR, sterilization and other key functions related to patient safety.

Dr. Richard M. Bach has been living and practicing in the same area for over 25 years. Even if you haven’t been to his office, you have probably heard of him and his family around town. He lives in Westhampton Beach with his wife, Terry, who taught kindergarten in the East Quogue School District for 20 years, and they raised 3 daughters, Karen, Kim and Beth here and now enjoy 8 grandchildren as part of their family.

Combine local pride with clinical expertise, and you have a winning combination that provides you state-of-the-art treatment right in your back yard. Dr. Bach's dedication to his field and his patients shows in his continued learning of new and advanced techniques, as well as his role as a teacher to orthodontists and dentists across the country.
